The Thinking Partnership

2 days + 1 day | Central Manchester / Virtual

The Thinking Partnership Course enables participants to generate their finest, independent thinking. Teams, Leaders, Coaches and individuals learn how to be Thinking Partners and gain an understanding of the Thinking Partnership session, a uniquely powerful skillset and an incredible process liberating the human mind for creative thinking. Through generative Attention and the building of Incisive Questions, the Thinking Partnership process produces breakthrough, independent thinking.

Participation in the course provides experience both as the Thinker (working through topics of your choice) and as the Thinking Partner (managing the process for the Thinker and practising this elegant expertise). This course also explores the Ten Components of the Thinking Environment in new ways.

Participants emerge with an expertise in thinking and listening that will transform numerous aspects of work and life. Working in a Thinking Environment enables you to make good decisions even better, solve problems confidently and creatively and lead the way through complex and challenging situations.

Trained coaches will be able to take the learning from this sophisticated approach and enhance their coaching practice. The Thinking Partnership Course is a certificated course which allows all participants to go on to complete the Coach Qualifying Course and become accredited Time to Think Coaches.
